So this is a statement about your Donation Store, for a unban it cost $50, All the people the mostly hack or some hows gets banned are just kids. A kid can't afford $50 to just buy a unban, so I'm just saying that you should lower the price on the unban to $25 that is somewhat a reasonable price. So if you do this you can have more people on your server and more people would buy it and be more committed to your server.
